  • How often should I go to the dentist?

    Since prevention is better than cure it is recommended for clients with good oral hygiene to visit the hygienist or dentist every six months to ensure that there are no signs of damage to the teeth or infections of the gums. However people with high risk from dental decay or periodontal disease may be asked to by their dentist to attend more frequently every 3-4 months.

  • What are your office opening hours?

    For your convenience all our dental clinics are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm. We also open on Saturdays from 9am till 1pm at our South Yarra d-spa clinic.

  • Are dental treatments tax deductible?

    You are entitled to a rebate of 20% for every dollar you have spent above $2060 on health care, dental, optical and physio etc. This program is currently being phased out by the Federal Government though, so it is best to speak to your accountant or financial advisor, or the Australian Taxation Office.

  • Can I claim back dental treatment back from private health insurance?

    If you have dental or extras cover with any private health insurance you are eligible for a rebate from your health insurance. However, the amount of rebate depends on your level of cover.
